Questions agencies ask first.

Doesn’t HighLevel already have a Conversions API action?

It has a workflow action — but it only fires with data HighLevel captured, which excludes embedded forms, external pages and API-created contacts. It also leaves dedup, click-ID expiry and match-key priority to you. Pipeline Signals captures everywhere, sends automatically on stage changes, and shows you the match quality — no workflow spaghetti.

What do I need to set it up?

Install from the HighLevel marketplace, paste your Meta Conversions API token (we validate it live and show you exactly where to find it), add one script line to your landing pages, and map your pipeline stages. Around 15 minutes per client.

Is this GDPR / privacy compliant?

We act as your data processor: identifiers are SHA-256 hashed before they leave our systems, we never store raw emails or phone numbers, and consent + US state Limited Data Use flags are carried on every event. DPA available.

When are Google and TikTok live?

Meta is first. Google offline conversions (via the new Data Manager API) is in progress and free for early-access agencies at launch; TikTok Events API follows. The script already captures gclid and ttclid today, so your history is ready the day they switch on.
